Glasswing ships all domestic and international orders via USPS. Carrier calculated shipping through USPS is shown for all orders at checkout. Please send us a message if you are having any issues or have any questions: email@example.com.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. International packages cannot be tracked after reaching international customs. Glasswing will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they reach international customs. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer. Glasswing is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. To make custom shipping arrangements, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For Domestic Orders you can return merchandise within 14 days after your order has been received for either:
- Store credit with free return shipping, or
- A credit card refund less the cost of return shipping
If you would like to return your item please email us (email@example.com) with the following information and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- How you would like your refund (Store credit or CC refund)
- Any reason for the return
If you'd prefer to ship us your items on your own, Glasswing does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Please shoot us a quick email if you're planning on sending us a package!
All sales are final on sale items, swimwear, vintage pieces, watches, gift cards and publications.
