USPS carrier calculated shipping is shown for all orders. We are sorry for all of the required legal statements below. Please send us a message if you are having any issues or have any questions for us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer. Glasswing is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. To make custom shipping arrangements, please email us at email@example.com.
We are happy to accept returns for domestic online orders of full-price items within 10 days of order
delivery; however, all purchases of sale merchandise is final. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns
and exchanges. Glasswing does not assume responsibility for
reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit
without proof of delivery to Glasswing. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor
or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be
accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on
online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. To return merchandise, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
All sales are final on sale items.
