Glasswing ships all domestic and international orders via USPS. Carrier calculated shipping through USPS is shown for all orders at checkout. Please send us a message if you are having any issues or have any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. International packages cannot be tracked after reaching international customs. Glasswing will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they reach international customs. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer. Glasswing is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. We are happy to accept returns for domestic online orders of full-price items within 14 days of order delivery; however, all purchases of sale merchandise are final. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Glasswing does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Glasswing. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. To return merchandise, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
All sales are final on sale items and publications.
