Epiphytes are plants that grow without dirt and are attached to other plants or trees. They receive their nutrients and water from the air, rain, and plant matter around them.
In this hands-on workshop, you will be taught the methods to mount these dramatic plants onto beautiful cork wood, to mimic their natural tendencies. The end result - living wall art that can stand alone or be added to your gallery.
Our plant workshops are taught by our in-house plant experts, Tassy de Give and Keeley Michael.
In this class, you'll create one mounted epiphyte construction.
Class will take place in our new greenhouse and design studio, located at 1351 E. Olive Way (between Bellevue and Melrose Ave).
