Located in the heart of Capitol Hill just a few blocks from our shop is Juicebox, Seattle's newest and undoubtedly most exciting juice bar. Co-founders Brandin Myett and Kari Brunson have truly gotten all the details right. Stepping into their beautiful shop you are immediately taken by the cozy yet minimally designed space. White and wood abounds- the walls, the shelves, the seating- it's perfect. Their curation of colorful ceramics and lush green plants create an inviting vibe and will have you reaching for your camera phone to snap a photo. Oh, and the juice is awesome. The all-organic, mostly Washington sourced, assortment of fruits and veggies that go into their juices are paired in a very simple and balanced way- the result is delicious. We recommend the apple, lemon and ginger though all their options are brilliant.

Brandin and Kari, both chefs, also have food offerings from their well crafted breakfast and lunch menus. With selections like a persian spiced chicken sandwich with turmeric root or a salad of quinoa greens with cojita cheese you'll definitely find yourself taking a seat to have a bite to eat even if you'd just come in for juice to-go. Speaking of juice to go, you can stock up on their amazing juices, pre-bottled and cold-pressed for freshness. If you're visiting from out of town this should definitely be on your punch-list when checking out Capitol Hill. And if you live in Seattle, don't be surprised if Juicebox becomes one of your new favorite spots.
