The biodynamic and organic, natural wine craze has taken a strong hold here in the PNW with pop-up shops and bars opening up that are strictly devoted to highlighting the unusual and interesting wine varieties, most times coming from just a few hours drive away. Give the gift this holiday season, not only of a delicious wine but also a bit about where and how it was created. We will be hosting our good friend Marc from Cantina Sauvage in-store the weekend before Christmas.
