SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Glasswing offers shipping rates through USPS, UPS, and DHL. Carrier calculated shipping is shown forallorders at checkout. Glasswing is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit once picked up by a courier service. Insurance is provided up to $100 directly from the selected shipping service. If your order exceeds this amount, please contact us to purchase extra insurance if desired. For packages lost or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping provider selected during checkout to file a claim directly.
For International orders, Glasswing is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. REFUND POLICY:
Free returns & exchanges on domestic orders with eligible items. Please see the list of final sale items.
If you would like to return your item please email us within 14-days of receipt of your order (hello@glasswingshop.com) with the following information and once approved, we will then email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return / exchange
- Any reason your item did not work out (Helps us to better our selection)
If you'd prefer to ship us your items on your own, Glasswing does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn. Returned items must have the original tags attached.

In the case that an item is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and list the item again at the correct price. The availability of all items listed on Glasswingshop.com is up to date and accurate to the best of our ability. If an item purchased is not available, we will contact the customer to inform them of the cancellation.
Orders are processed and shipped out daily, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, may ship out the following Monday. All orders are provided with updates on processing and shipping information is sent automatically.
COVID-19 Update: Currently, we are not experiencing any delays processing orders. We have experienced some shipping delays with both UPS and USPS due to the high volume of packages they are receiving. Please allow for some extra time in receiving orders. We appreciate your patience and support.
