In a city awash with coffee, it is increasingly difficult for cafés to set themselves apart. Friends Danny Hanlon and Tim Hayden opened Analog Coffee in 2010 with the simple goal of serving great coffee and their one-of-a-kind café has been a neighborhood favorite ever since. As the name suggests everything inside has been simplified. The 30-seat café has a deliberately small menu, white walls dotted with newspapers and vintage wood furniture inside. With minimal design and coffee that is a cut above the rest, it’s easy for us to call Analog one our favorite coffee shops in Seattle.
