Fired for 120 hours in a wood burning Anagama kiln with a mixture of Fir, Alder, finished with Maple wood. Made and fired in the Pacific Northwest. The exterior of the cups are colored and glazed only through the atmosphere around each piece. As the wood ash is carried through the kiln with the flame it layers onto the pottery, melting into a complex and earthy glaze, marked with patterns of the flame path. Hydrogen reduction cooled on the last day. Raw Porcelain clay.
