Summer in Seattle is a special time of year. Outdoor activities open up from the sea to the mountains as PNW natives try to soak up as much as possible. In preparation for this, we are hosting our annual “Go Outside” shop that will feature goods and gear to inspire time well spent in nature. This year we are partnering with design-minded outdoor outfitter Westerlind to offer their Climbing Collection for a 6-week long pop-up shop.
The Climbing Collection is comprised of just a few key styles, wide-leg shorts and a utility jumpsuit in a range of earth-tone colors. These pieces are intended to transition seamlessly between city life and the crag. To accompany this collection, we will have a selection of climbing artifacts from mountaineering legend, Gary Neptune. These artifacts are apart of the most extensive collection of its kind in the country and tell a story of the evolution of climbing over the last few decades.
Westerlind represents and works with outdoor brands: Goodwin, Devold, Gregory, and Vuarnet to name a few. A selection of styles from these brands will be available alongside their in-house line, some for the first time in Seattle. Andrea Westerlind, the brand’s founder will be in Seattle on June 1st to debut the pop-up shop in-store with us!
