Our friends from Hiyu Wine Farm will be pouring a selection of their natural wines. Their approach to farming and fermentation is centered on biodiversity and thoughtful stewardship of the land. Their wines bring a gentle rhythm to the weekend, creating a space where people can take their time and move through the collection with intention.
