Epiphytes are plants that grow without dirt and are attached to other plants or trees. They receive their nutrients and water from the air, rain, and plant matter around them. In this hands-on workshop, you will be taught the methods to mount these dramatic plants onto beautiful cork wood, to mimic their natural tendencies. The end result - living art that can stand alone or be added to your plant gallery.
This is a hands-on workshop and includes everything needed to create two cork mounted plant constructions. Workshops are taking place next door to Glasswing in the Melrose Market, 1527 Melrose Ave.
