Ilana Kohn's latest collection is fluttering with so many wonderful design details. She's based out of NYC and all of her goods are made in America. Ilana worked as an illustrator before moving into fashion and you can definitely see that's where her inspiration comes from. I absolutely love the play on pattern and interesting cuts in silhouettes. The black and white elements in her pieces reminded me of a collection of work from Matthew Craven titled "Ancient Pleasures."
